Centred around a restored 19th Century Threshing Barn and Dairy The Dutch Barn sits tucked away in one of the UKs Areas Of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Creating beautiful spaces to share with your friends and family and sharing our little slice of idyllic countryside is what we love to do.
With everything on our doorstep, at West Barn Lodge you can get married, dine, celebrate and dance the night away all in one place. Then end the party with a wonderful nights sleep in one of the 9 luxury en-suite rooms right next door!
THE CEREMONY
With a backdrop of the rolling hills of the Fovant Downs and Wiltshire countryside we can offer ceremonies in a choice of location of your choosing at the Lodge. The Courtyard is our most popular spot for saying I do, but there is also the front lawn for larger weddings during the summer, or the South Terrace at The Dutch Barn for smaller weddings. During the winter months, the Grand Hall inside the Lodge and The Dutch Barn are available.
AFTER THE VOWS
Time to celebrate, just a short walk away is The South Terrace with outdoor bar and space for your guests to mingle. Or, if the sun is shining there is also the option of hosting reception drinks on The Front Lawn with panoramic views of the outstanding natural beauty of the valley surrounding the Lodge.
THE RECEPTION
The Dutch Barn offers a unique space for your reception beautiful views and a choice of rustic long tables or round, cross back chairs. The bar is run by resident bar Gardner & Beedle and is either self supplied or paid. We also have a HD projector and PA system for the speeches. It is the perfect space to celebrate, party and enjoy your special day.
DINING
Your day, your way. We offer you direct contact with our recommended caterers to choose the menu that suits your budget and wishes without us needing to be involved. With a fully functional commercial kitchen in the barn and the option for packages that include catering the evening before and day after your wedding you can design your dining package completely around your needs.
PARTY TIME
No party is complete without a giant glitter ball to get your guests on the dance floor!
Dance the night away under the twinkling lights to a band or DJ of your choosing, sip cocktails and let the outdoor festoon lighting and fountain set the scene on The South Terrace.
